Morbidity
Alberto Pupo

Belief is quite empty.
Trying to find the imaginary.
At the end of a century.
Seeking for something extraordinary.

Wishing that yesterday leave us.
Today brings a new dawn.
Recovering from a grave loss.
No longer a mindless pawn.

Belief in eternity is hopeless.
For we live in brief agony.
Forging forward ever reckless.
A fine ensemble morbid ceremony.

Failing to see the light!
Going down without a fight
