L A Winterburn
This planet earth it’s where we live
So tell me why we take not give?
We tear down trees pollute the air
We act as if we do not care
I am one voice I’m not a nerd
All I want is to be heard
From politicians far and wide
To cure our home this aim we strive
My soul it reeks with rage and fear
I scream out loud that dangers near
But who will listen? Hear my song?
Am I just the only one?
Who feels so helpless I watch her die
Mother Nature I want to cry
But who will win? Who can tell?
Before the world turns into Hell
And when I die and turn to dust
I pray the world survives, it must
