The decadent decays and the youthful prospers.
The old lady dies while the young watches her.
Let the dying step aside.
Give room for the young to slide.
Don't blame the little boy
Who runs and plays with a toy.
If there is anybody to blame,
Then it's yourself that is in shame.
Listen, all you folk who sit around and proctastinate,
It's not the young you should hate.
Do you blame them for your decadence?
They are the ones with significance.
Some sit around all day to dream.
Some get nowhere it may seem.
Just because you slipped and fail,
You tell the others to go to hell.
There is a change coming.
Some are ready; the others are humming.
When that wind begins to blow,
We will all know.
Things won't be like they used to be.
It may be too late for some, but others will see.
