Why do people laugh at me?
What is it that they all see?
Am I not just a reflection of humanity?
I had nothing to do with how God made me.
I thought that everything God made was good.
So, if he made me the way I am, what should
I be?
Should I be what I am not
all tied up in somebody else's knot?
Should I just rot,
because I am not
like the rest of creation?
I have my own station.
So, I would just like to know
what makes me so?
Had you ever considered that they are not
laughing at you.
It could just be their point of view.
Don't they have a right
to be merry and bright?
Why do you think they are laughing at you?
Maybe, it's just only a few.
Not many who
are really thinking about you.
Perhaps what you perceive
has come to deceive
you.
Look! Be true.
BE TRUE TO YOU!
If they laugh, then let them.
If they laugh at you, just ignore them.
If you see someone laughing at you,
go up him and ask- "Why are you?"
A few
will stop to answer.
Maybe you are a jester,
and don't even know it.
Just sit
for a little while;
don't get vile;
never defile.
If he continues to laugh at you.
Don't get angry and blue.
This is what you
should do-
laugh with him
and you
too,
will have something to laugh about.
Had you ever considered that nobody is
laughing at you.
Everybody is just being gay.
And no matter what you say,
they're going to stay
that way.
Don't you know that it is easier to laugh
than it is to cry.
Why?
Consider the tears and the runny nose.
Nobody really knows
how much energy it takes
that makes
you cry.
Why?
Don't ask me!
Can't you see?
