In Soulitude August Nyghts
I exist here in the cold
I prevail silently
Surrounded by life
I stand here in the cold
Yet I am glowing hot
From the fires that
Stir within
I am not scared
I am not cold
I stand in the snow and frost winds
Nakedly Glowing
Stripped down to nothingness
That has been gathered and absorbed
by the butterfly toes I am with
Stripped down to seedling like proportions
to grow again
I survive in bair skins
Of Time and Earth
And twilight and dazzling night
Stand I Stand
Erect on tops of mountains of iridescent moons
Everywhere
I stand on cracked earth
About to fall
Waiting to fall
Waiting for nothing
Waiting for eternity
Watching eternity happen
Each day
This is my world
I see the snow globes
In the icicles that hang
I know the crystal bite of pain
I know cuts of crushed red satin
I know the bruises of purple velvet
I dare the sounds to make me move
I dare the day to touch me
In some
Mythological way
I love to play
Wildly in the rain
I dance in dripping copper
Field lights
I dance in stories of
Agelessness
Swishing and Swaying about
I stand in the Garden of Although
With closed and open eyes
Breast nipples protruding into Heaven
I exist in the great season of AWE
To feel so deeply
I laugh
I cry
With tears of
Pain and Love
That wash my eyes
So that
I
May see
MY treasures
More clearly.
