Oh God, I hate when I hurt deep down inside
When the pain escapes, refusing to hide
My heart hurts, constricted, so hard and so tight
A heavy weight sinking, more suffering it incites
Excruciatingly, the pain seeps to my eyes
To escape through tears that I try not to cry
So cold and alone, I am chilled to the bone
Trapped in a sadness no one has ever known
Empty of anything but the ache of my anguish
Hope fades ever more as I continue to languish
In sorrow, in misery, in lonely isolation
I’ll soon relinquish my life out of utter desperation
