Ancient Worrior Paul James Moore
The ancient warrior chieftain
Alone the Ancient warrior stood, against the black incursion. Man and horse, and evil things, of every persuasion. Wife and children long since slain, Death he would embrace. “Tremble all who stand before, today I feel no pain.”
Advance immoral horde, let loose your baneful cry. The ancient warrior fears you not, for blood will gorge his sword. Rip, slash and stab, Excaliber screams its name. And may all who raid, cry out in vane, as they taste the craving blade.
Blow gale and torrent, both friends of old, to stem the evil pyre. For If he fails the world will perish, and chaos will take hold. Friends he needs to help him through, to make this battle won. Let people of light all unite, to end the evil deeds.
Battle raged for numerous days and many souls where lost, Death was dealt, and blood did flow, at such a terrible cost. At last the end, the demons gone, sound trumpet, cannon and horn. Bring forth our dead with hearts of lead for now its time to morn.
The battle won, a war to wage, no strength to carry on. Sleep old king, and youth will bring an end to carrion. Legend says, in time of need the Warrior will rise again. Till that day let peace hold sway, and let Arthur’s rest be sane.
