No friend to any sea
Until now I was the present
But the past is not through with me
Until now I saw in black and white
Colors were for the free
Until now I would fight
If I was inclined to disbelieve
Until now I was alone
No purpose could there be
Until now I saw no hope
A broken door without a key
Until now I saw life as tragic
But indeed I'm starting to see
Until now my favorite habit
Was to tell you about me
