Peace VargheseJ
that we have to live,
with a frown every day,
somewhere, sometime,
it has to apppear,
along the way,
that we endure,
the run of life for wealth,
seeking peace, happpiness,
lessening days,
from our dear hale health,
that our physical eyes,
ever on the lookout,
this side and that one,
searching for a reason,
that can make us shout,
how ? and why ? we try,
to live this absurd way,
so this and much more,
makes me think, deep,
the i should be running away,
run, far a way, away,
from this miserable life,
to that spiritual world,
where there's nothing carnal,
no tensions nor any strife,
oh ! only if such world existed,
even if a million miles ahead,
God grant me the strength,
to reach it even if in mind,
so i can rest peacefully in my bed....
