A Vampire Tale - Well, Sort Of. Just A Guy
see all the poems of darkness
creatures that live just by night
conjures up thoughts of the Netherworld
praying for the light
whistling past the graveyard
garlic, silver bullets and wooden stakes
long black capes and teeth oh, so sharp
what a scary story that makes
don’t answer the door
haven't you read all the lore
they’re helpless without your assistance
come on in you invite
it’s just barely the night
and you’re welcome to stay and eat
mere mortals are weak
when their brains are asleep
and you know you should have known better
he smiles with delight
your eyes freeze in fright
you’re now the main course for dinner
