Poochie
Randy Johnson
My dog died ten years ago today.
It was sad when he passed away.
He was black with some white on his stomach and nose.
He was one of the best dogs I ever chose.
I loathed the day he left this Earth.
He was such a wonderful animal, I couldn't approximate his worth.
He lived nearly thirteen years and was very important to me.
He was a Cocker Spaniel that I named Poochie.
He wasn't a large dog but he was brave.
It's too bad that he couldn't be saved.
When you choose an animal, you never know what you'll get.
Poochie was a bit quare at times but he was a wonderful pet.
