as i lay awake in my bed
things keep running through my head
why did you leave me?
did you not love me?
how can i make things right?
why didnt i put up a fight?
why arent you crying?
or were you only lying?
what did i do to deserve this?
was it because of something i did?
or did you think it up in your head?
i guess i will never know
unless you let your true self show
but for now ive got to go
