I'm Losing Control David Daniels
Out on the streets the bloody bodies lay rotting in the gutter
The knife pierces my heart like a hot blade through butter
The Grim Reaper is breaking down my door
My blood seeps from my veins and drips to the floor
The Queen is dead, she was murdered by the King
All I see is fire as the Devil spreads his wings
The foul stench of death lingers in the air
I hear Satan's voice in my mind telling me to beware
The Dark Demons that haunt me tear into my chest and rip out my heart
Now I lay dying in the hot sun and the vultures gather and feast on my body parts
I feel lost and confused and I have nowhere to turn
The Devil sets my body on fire and he laughs as I burn
Every person I meet becomes an enemy and not a friend
Every path I take turns out to be nothing more than a dead end
Every living thing I encounter ends up dead
I have the loaded gun in my hand and it's pointed at my head
I feel trapped in a cage with no way to break out
The Devil has made everything an illusion and I don't know what reality is about
I once had a heart filled with love but the love within me has died
My soul is empty, drained by the millions of tears that I've cried
The Hounds of Hell lift their hind legs and urinate on my soul
All is lost-All is black-My only option is suicide because I'm losing control

"Now you have given me some incentive to come back David. I loved this poem and alike matty said, I never derived anything like a "devil worshiper" from this merely a state of undeniable pain and as always along with that comes anger and confusion. Wonderful poem but undeniable painful to read, packs a powerful punch" -- Rebecca.
