OUR COMFORTER

The Lord is righteous the Lord is Good. He protects and guides me like no one else could. Peaceful are his words to those who are in pain, yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let them not be ashamed. A prosperous soul should be full of joy and happiness, but sometimes dealing with the world leaves us feeling empty with sadness. Don’t be afraid and do not fear, God is love and he’s always near. Trust in the Lord and do not loose heart; he’ll always be with us- he will never depart!

OLD FRIEND

As kids we had a lot of joy and very little pain, but as time changed the years went on and we went our separate ways. Occasionally, we would see each other, but rarely do we stop to talk to one another. Now that we are grown with our careers in our minds, I wonder do you ever reminisce of the good times. I remember going constantly to play with someone else, now I wish I could take those years back; what a mistake I made leaving you like that. Now in this present time, I see you more and more, but what do you think of me now- am I still a close friend or just the neighbor next door. What are these feelings I have for you now, is it hope for you to bring me comfort after years of loneliness somehow? No- times have changed, we have changed, and everything has rearranged. Now that the past is gone we move on to a future we don’t know, but I hope we can take this present time to renew our friendship we lost long ago!

SPECIAL YOU

As beautiful as a star, more precious than a rainbow- your smile is a timeless glow. My heart beats faster with every thought of you, in hopes that my dreams of togetherness will someday come true. Your kisses are more sweeter than the finest of wines with a touch so smooth no words can define. The way you hug with your special love, I love you in so many special ways. I love your heart- I love your soul- my love grows stronger for you each and everyday. I can’t stop thinking about you even when days are dark. Please know that I will always love you because you hold a very special place in my heart!

SEARCHING

Searching for a soul mate to be mine-as the flower blooms is there someone so kind. Searching for someone to whom I can say I love in such a special way. Someone to spoil with sweet kisses and hugs in hopes that she will never go away. I search for romance, good times, and laughter too, but sometimes my search seems like a long endless road wondering aimlessly not knowing what to do. I search for the sunshine and rain that comes at times. I search for a love so divine. As stars give hope to those who are in need, I know someday my search will be over, and I will finally be free!

LOST LOVE

Some say love is special- some say love is blind, but I have found love hard to find-lonely inside. I’ve looked the usual places; found smiling faces, but couldn’t even come close to sweet love that is now tasteless. I dream of an earth angle one to heal my love sore, but my dream becomes a nightmare because she has someone else to adore. After a brief moment of sadness, I look up to see I should keep walking until I run into that someone who is just right for me!

SOMEONE’S LITTLE GIRL

I never could have imagined so much joy in a little girl. She brightens my day by putting me in her own little world. At times I wish she were mine because her little love always brings me peace of mind. My sadness is true when the little girl is blue. When she cries I cry, but when she’s happy I am too! Why I care for so much, I don’t know! Maybe I’m reliving my childhood reminiscing making angels in the snow. Because she is not my child I cannot do all the things with her I would like to do; I cannot show her the things of life I am use to, but I am grateful she has parents who care for her deeply; for within my heart this little girl’s love will forever be with me!

TRUE LOVE IS FOREVER ALONE

True love- a feeling that’s sometimes wrong-a feeling that’s sometimes right, but I’ve never had a true love and being alone keeps me crying at night. Some people say love is blind, but I’m trying to prove if love is kind, because I can’t find anyone to comfort me during the lonely times. I’ve conquered my fears, but still drowning in my tears because nobody seems to care I’ve been alone for so many years. I have so much love to give in my heart, but when nobody seems to care that love is broken apart. All I want is a love that’s filled with compassion, a love that’s honest and true, a love filled with romance and a love that feels forever new! Is there anyone out there who would give me the time of day-who would stop this confusion and sadness-who will take my loneliness away? Sometimes I can’t bare to see another day, what can I say? My past is my future-no love ever comes my way! Happiness in my future is what I want to see, but sadness always seems to follow me, and I have no one to share my dreams with so alone is forever will I be!
