I wish I could waste away,
Leaving this earth of the trouble I bring,
I know You're there,
But sometimes I feel so cold and alone,
Like my heart has hardened over,
I long to be undone,
Seperated from that state,
I've ran away from home,
My heart and mind don't wish to stay,
I've become so numb,
Because of my own selfish desires,
They don't know me anymore,
I feel as if I don't know myself either,
The mask has fooled so many,
Only few can see through the cracks,
I'm beginning to believe my own lie,
I have to give up forever,
My dreams all crushed,
You had other plans,
I'm mad,
Even angry at You,
Everything You do for me,
You ask this one thing,
And it breaks my heart to do so,
I can't tell them anything,
No one understands.
