I can’t stop thinking
of all the words you said
that we have a future
This love will never end
now you tell me there was another
and you can’t forget the things you said
you say you loved her
and I know you still love her
your mind is confused
but baby can’t you see
that life is your past
I’m your future
please stop looking back
you say she still loves you
that you know it’s a fact
you say that you love me
and you never want to leave
but I’m not always sure
when you say all these things
you feel that you’re betraying your word
and you never want to hurt that girl
you’ve said that you’ve chosen me and you never want to leave
but you’re mind seems to be going a different way
and I don’t know if your heart is ready to love me yet
I know you love me
but it’s not a hundred percent
you say you love me as much as you loved her
and that this love is different
that’s one thing for sure
but baby I’m here
I’ll never run away
no matter how hard
