"In the beginning, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel seems as if this person is about to make a positive epiphany. But the rest just gets darker and it seems he is struggling with the "you" he feels summoned by. He seems reluctant to give in, yet still gives up, knowing he will be consumed and disposed of. I feel like the "you" could represent many things: codependency, addiction, a negative relationship...forbidden fruit in its many forms. Again, R.
