Help--Emergency Jina Kaye
Help!
I said help.
Come on somebody—help!
Help!
Didn’t I just say help?!
Can’t you hear me—help?!!!!
HELP!!
911 Emergency
I’ve been a victim of theft.
The President stole my son to make him fight this crazy war.
911 Emergency
I think I just saw a murder.
Four men in blue just killed another man just because he was black.
911 Emergency
I’m reporting an assault and battery.
I’ve been beaten down by poverty, the economy and taxes
And they had no permission to touch me.
Help!
Can you hear me—Help!
I need someone to help!!
911 Emergency
I am fighting my own invisibility.
When I’m a good little Negress, I get rewarded and praised,
But when I report racism and sexism, I might end up slain.
911 Emergency
I think I’ve just been drugged.
It makes no sense staying with a man who uses and abuses me,
But I can’t walk away.
911 Emergency
I might have been brainwashed.
I believe Christopher Columbus discovered America.
But if that’s true, how did the Native Americans get here?
How the hell did I get here?
How did we get here?
Help!
I need to get out of this mess.
Help!
I don’t think I can take no more.
Help!
I see too much pain, too much shame,
too much destruction—not enough loving.
Help!
911 Emergency
I’m homeless. I’m jobless. I’m sick.
I’m poor. I have no education. I speak no English.
I have no place to go.
Help!
Can’t you do something for me?!
I am America.
