Why won’t the bell ring,
It’s almost Christmas!
When will the break come?

I’ve waited all month,
counting down the weeks,
the hours,
the seconds. . .

Oh No! The clock just stopped.
Now we’ll never get out of here.
Oh wait, it just ticked

ME OFF!

He sits there taunting me,
teasing me,
tantalizing me,

tic tock,
tic tock,
tic tock,

Why won’t the bell ring?
