Its Over Now

If you ever read this B**** I meant every word and want NOTHING to do with you, you're just another assh*le.

Its Over Now
Katherine Smith

I self medicated to become tolerant of your deceitful ways
Ripped my hair out all hours of the night just to tear myself down to become whole again
Even when the pain was so excruciating--To bring me to my knees
You kicked, stabbed, and spit your hatred onto me.

I would rock back and forth will the pills in my hand
Biting a towel to muffle my screams,
I just wanted this demented game to end
Death was my only escape

My complexion grew pale as my heart turned to stone
As I watched the World I once grew to love,
Turn to dust and a pile of bones
You let me fall, just as I let you in
Did you even care?

I fucking hate you with every fiber of my being
No admiration for your lost soul
For when Karma strikes I will light the torch
And lead the way
Where the eyes of God will scorch your skin
And the serpent will swallow you whole.

I bid you no Good Bye
No tears we’re shed
Only the lost time and emotion spent on such an un-deserving creature
Will not allow these lacerations to mend.

You will die alone,
I hope my words reiterate rapidly in your mind
When on your death-bed
Think of the lies
That nearly cost another their own life.

When your breath becomes shallow
And you struggle to breathe
I want you to reflect on how it felt when you were suffocating me
As your skin turns to black
Your flesh falls from your bones
Make sure your soul turns back
You no longer are welcome in my Home.
