Pooh On Meditation Michael Potter
Big Pooh sat down in his big thinking chair and thought very thoughtfully and tried to remember those things he had not been thinking about. There were so many things he had not thought of in so long, he wasn't even sure if he could remember how to think. Pooh contemplated his empty mind. There was little movement there, not much to see. Pooh was growing tired of this. His body wanted to do oh so many things. It wanted to eat and play and sleep and eat and...
"That is enough thinking about that," an exhausted Pooh thought to himself. Just imagining his body making all those movements had tired him. He lay down on the floor to concentrate better. He became focused and grounded and clear and relaxed and fell right to sleep.
