A Gun On A Summers Day
Jessi

A summers day pure at first
The perfect sunrise awakens the world
Nothing stirs till the birds start to sing then all is a blur of life
Something different is in the world of peace and nature today
Something small and shiny
Like the silver from the ground or a lovely stream sparkling in the sunlight
But this thing is not beautiful
It does not make you happy to see it
The shiny thing is a gun
The creatures of the world wonder what this thing is doing here
It has no use for them
You can not eat it
You cant make shelter out of it
You can do nothign usefull with it
So what is it for?
Only one creature made in the hands of god knows the answer to this
A human being

DISCLAIMER: STORYMANIA DOES NOT PROVIDE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWS. ALL REVIEWS ARE PROVIDED BY NON-ASSOCIATED VISITORS, REGARDLESS OF THE WAY THEY CALL THEMSELVES.

"are you saying man hunts animals down. " -- Bug off.
"no im not. i dont know what i was saying. i was just typin random thoughts that came to my head. and humans made the gun. and i dont think it has any practical use." -- Jessi.
"I don't know how old you are but did it ever occur to you that the Police and the military need weapons to protect its citizens. Indians used to kill deer and buffalo with bows and arrows before the gun was invented. Would you feel better if humans went back to hunting with bows and arrows instead of using guns and rifles? Put your random thoughts together, perhaps in an outline form. Then reconstruct the outline into a poetry or story format before you write and post. " -- Richard.
