I always wanted to live in a house,I never knew why I wanted to I just knew I did and I finally got that chance. It was the summer of 1998 i was in highschool and my mom and stepdad found a house , which they got for cheap I will tell you later why it was so cheap. Anyway the house was not that old built in 1958 everything looked pretty nice but, the old lady who lived there left all her things I mean old things a hair dryer with the chair connected, old papers,a wash borad and shop. There were also pictures of prsident Kennedy and a 1967 world fair program lots of old things, But the one thing that stood out to me and my mom and sister was a bottle that read "Do Not Open" which that really means to people is open so we did just that we opened the bottle. A year or so later strange things started to happen around the house little things you do not pay attention to, like things would be misplaced you would look for it and not find it but see it later in the same spot you looked in. Just little things like that nothing much but later on my little sister started to play with this little girl named Emily we all taught this was just her imaginary freind like all kids have.

But this little girl seemed so real she would be playing raceing games by running and she would be holding someone back from beating her and it looked like she was haveing a hard time holding this person back. Then one day my mom asked her how dose Emily look my sister told her " She has a face that is messed up and i told her she scares me with her face like that and now she comes with a normal face". Are mouth droped now my mom said she must have a little girl ghost as an imaginary freind. you have to understand my mom and my whole family belive in the supernatural we come from a long line of people who have the art or power to see ghost so she was not surprised at what my sister said. I on the other hand was scared my mom would take pictures around the house and she would catch little things like ghost pics and voices and smells which did bot bother her. If there were ghost in the house they were nice it was this one ghost or should i say shadow person with a brim hat that would always come out if someone new came to the house.

This did not bother us to me thay seemed helpful like we were all up stairs and in the basement you herd a glass break which was the light bulb on the celling so i went down to go swep it up but it was already in a pile nice and neat. Now we know when a light bulb breaks its pices everywhere, so that was wired but we paid it no attention. My Mom contiued takeing pictures all over the house and she caught alot of things and even in the back yard. So we went on notthing bad happened but my sister wanted to be like her freind same shoes same ress and hair stlye. so one day my mom was home by herself and she kept hearing jumping on the steps she went and took her camera and took a picture of the steps and what di dshe see when she looked at the piture a little girl who looked just like my sister describe her.

One day i was runing late for school and I wa sin the bathroom fixing my hair and I set my bus card and id on the back of the toliet while i ran to get something out my room I came back I could not find my buscard and id i need that to get to school i asked everybody in the house no one saw it just then we heard a crash the bus i was suppose to be on had an acindent but right after that happened by bus card and id was where i left it on the back of the toliet i like to think the ghost in the house helped me out. And thier was a time when my mom feel asleep and did not know she left the gas on and she said she kept feeling something hit her arm or grab her arm she woke up and smelled the gas and then she looked ather arm and saw a hand print on her arm they woke her up to cut the gas off.

So after awhile when I was older my mom told me why they got the hous eso cheap the old lady and her daughter died in the house so thats why they got the house so cheap. So one day i decided to do some resherch on the house and found out thier was a little girl who live dthier named emily a long time ago aroud 1890 it was a newspaper article about a murder that happened on that property the little girl saw her father kill her mother so she ran and she fell down the flight of stairs and broke her neck. That explains emily and the lady i use to see in the front room window all the time. as tim passed my sister got older so we never heard too much from her about emily until I had a baby boy and he was 4 and I asked him you ready to go see grandma at the house and he said "yes" and then he said "and I can see emily". I taught to my self she is back.

So time passed and i had a little girl who is 4 now and we were over my moms house last week and she said i want to play with emily so we consinder her a part of the family now. As off now my mom still lives in the house and she still has experiences and I still feel funny going to the basement but they do not bother her and she dose not bother them. So sometimes you do not have to wounder what happened in your house they might let you know them selves.
