Revelation Mia Angello
The angel facing me won't be denied; insight carves my soul like a switchblade divined.
My tears hold the essence of her pain--revelation washes me like crimson rain.
Revelation, my love free-falling for you.
Revelation, just a poison to your pain.
Revelation, a gift unaccepted yet preserved.
Revelation, received my love will breathe again.
Naked and unconditional, all defenses laid aside--my love accepted you and invited you inside.
Naive to the arrows you chose so carefully, I Iet your words pierce my heart and pass through fatally.
But the truth bled through the holes you'd made; unashamed of the love I gave.
Revelation, my love free-falling for you.
Revelation, just a poison to your pain.
Revelation, a gift unaccepted yet preserved.
Revelation, received my love will breathe again.
Revelation told me not to share my gift; because to you, love will never seem as such.
Unaccepted, love cannot be a gift--undefined by how deep or how much.
Revelation, my love free-falling for you.
Revelation, just a poison to your pain.
Revelation, a gift unaccepted yet preserved.
Revelation, received my love will breathe again.
I did not see how you are defined and protected by your pain
or how my love could threaten the sacrifices you have made,
or how foolish it would be to you to have God sustain--our existence with the Love He has paid.
Or that it would never be your dream to share a destiny of love so pure, deep and wild, we could swim eternally.
Revelation, my love free-falling for you.
Revelation, just a poison to your pain.
Revelation, a gift unaccepted yet preserved.
Revelation, received my love will breathe again.

"Mia Once again, your song writing potential shines through, need to work out a few rough edges, same with "Part Werewolf" but all the basic's are there for solid songs that grab you! " -- Monte.
"I agree with Monte. He seems to keep finding the same pieces that I find on here. Scary." -- R. Bennett Okerstrom.
