We Are Connected By A Net Of Faith Pearl S
We are connected by a net of faith,
Each man a knot tied in its place...
Protect me for hell's fury is at my gates
And I'm only dust alone.
We are connected by a net of faith,
When one of us falls we all rise to his aid
I trust in you to not give way
We're in this all or none.
We are connected by a net of faith,
And we are a lesson to those who wait
They think with lies they can separate
But all our souls are one...
All our souls are one....
Oh they think that we are human
They think with greed and treachery
They can divide the people, smash the chains.
They think we'll bend to torture in shame
But we will never fall as long as all our hands are joined,
And we'll stay strong as long as we're above libels and coins
As long as I hold you with a love and a trust
And we're of one one heart, then win we must
Success is counted best by those who share with all their souls.
We are incomplete alone, together we are whole. We stand as a whole.
And they think they can break, can hurt, but not one of us shall desert,
For voices raised in unison defeat the scattered cry.
And you may think you fight together but you've all different reasons why
For you are ununited, selfishly divided,
You'll get out what you put in
You put in hate and hate can't win
So we will triumph through and through
For we have light and we have truth
And what's more, what will defeat you--
We are connected by a net of faith.
We are connected by a net of faith.
We are connected by a net
Of
Faith.
