When I walk in the alley alone in mid night
I see flashing street lights such a lonely night
I can't walk I turn back and see nothing but my shadow
My heart starts beating so I run towards a window
Silence hurts my ears
It’s a sudden smoke of fears
A broken Mirror shows me
The thing I don't wanna be
It’s rising up beneath the skin
It’s so dark I can’t see
One thing for sure I can tell you
It’s not just a reflection of me!
'Cause
I'm too scared
Of my reflection
It’s hard to tell what I see
I'm just too scared
To face my reflection
It’s the fact that hurts me
Look into my eyes
To see what I feel
I'm sure you will see
The darkness that's creeping inside
Fading the light inside me
Now, I find myself chased back around a corner
I tried to break free but I know I'll be a goner
I thought I'll hold my breath and let the wind blow away
My soul is very precious I won't give it as a giveaway
