he looks to the stars,
then back at me,
and i notice,
we're meant to be.
the times have changed,
and we're going strong,
all it takes,
and one last love song.
having time apart,
has really made me see,
that i can't survive,
and i need you here with me.
the pictured frame it all once was,
has shattered to the floor,
and no your running back to me-
all i want is more.
i've taken the time,
and figured it out,
now i know
what love is all about.
the scribbled pages of love-me-nots,
were all washed down the drain,
but i'd suck them all back again,
for things to be the same.
