Lost....Again....

So….Here I am…
Lost Again.
Something I thought I left behind in my adolescence.
Fear…
Consumes me…
Controls me….
For I do not know where I’m headed and cannot recall where I came from…
Or if I’m even wanted or welcomed back home…
Lost…
Again…
You would think,
That as one matures and reaches adulthood,
They would find direction…
You would think…
But all I’ve come to understand,
Is that I’m directionally challenged…
And life doesn’t come with instructions…
Or a G.P.S…
I’ve made moves…
Wandered around aimlessly…
In a daze…
When I finally broke out of that haze….
Confusion…
Disorientation…
I discovered how far I’ve traveled from home…
With no North Star to guide me
I’m forced to play at life with the hand I was dealt…
Unbeknownst to all…
I have an Ace up my sleeve…
And it’s called Hope…
Pair that with blind unwavering Faith
And you can say that the cards are stacked in my favor…
Life is a gamble…
But it’s worth the risk…
