My Difference Angel Silver
Please don't get downhearted
I never thought bad things about you
How can you live like this?
With pain, and regret too?
I know there is love in that heart
The heart you never allowed
To participate in your part
But never turn away from it
Because you'll never know
You might fall into the pit
Of Darkness, where you'll never return
I've been there, once to many times
In the devastating Pit,
And I was joined by many other minds.
There was no reason for escape
Because Reason was never there
Only bleak Despair and Sorrow
Both clouded the mind they share
But Angels above has mercy
They look upon our faces
They see we can start a new life
And prosper in different places.
"That is how you must be,"
The Merciful one said
"To prosper, grow and live!
To the endless limits of the World."
I tell you I was not that excited;
I have tasted the bitterness of the World.
The World has never wanted
Ones that were Different, Odd or Shamed.
I was at least one of the Unwantedness,
And I was not as welcomed;
I will not have Prosperity and Wealth
As easy as the Beautiful, Shining and Powerful ones.
As I escaped form the pit,
I thought of my future
Can I Prosper and Grow?
Can I live up to the endless limits?
After returning to familiar grounds,
After remembering my past,
I cried as the realism of the pain struck
Struck me with its terrible force.
I thought I would regain luck
But all Luck was lost,
I cried so hard and long,
Like a little child, lost in place
And soon my blood replaced my tears
Bloodstains streaked my face
And no one hears
But I cry out for satisfaction,
Somewhere to relieve my pain
Somehow in my leave
I found I gained more Burdens
You ask: "How can this be?
You suffer enough already
Whatever pain I cannot see
Seem to pain you so much."
But you see this Burden
Was like no other,
It made other burdens lessen,
And made some vanish.
It was the Burden of Responsibility,
It reminded me…
