One Day On A Trail Jack Primer
One day he was walking on a trail
The drought had been going on for fifty days
So the path he traveled was dry
Halfway though the trail he decided to take a brake
He found a rock near by and sat on it
Took a drink of his water
And then he looked down at his hiking boots
They were covered with mud
There he sat thinking about the countless ways he could of gotten mud on his boots
But he could not come up with anything
He could have stayed there trying to consider how it happened
He can get up and go back down the trail from where he came
So he could find the source of the mud
No matter what he does it is better to move than sit still
He got up off the rock and started to move forward
Because he saw no point.
