ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sixteen.
Growing up too fast.
Poetry in motion, verses flying past her on the highway.
And she breathes in the air.
She can smell the perfume of decaying unpublished literature.
To her, it reminds her of home
And the Pennsylvania sunshine.

Roamer Of The Night
Vianne-Marie Fortier

She clings
to one name - roamer of the night.

She plays tag with the moonbeams on
The snow covered plain in the
Middle of the night.

She holds the moon
In a loving embrace and kisses
The tips of golden stars when she's lonely.

She clings
to one name - roamer of the night.

She dances on
A velour stage with a ribbon made
Of flowers that
Only grow in the milky way

As the star-crossed
Dreamer sighs, she takes with
Her the night.

She clings
to one name - roamer of the night.
