Think Of Me Rae
I feel as though I've lost you
though you're only time away
I battle with the sheets at night
'cause I just can't get away
from the staring eyes and yelling voices
where did I go wrong?
all I did was think of you
and dream of you all night long
And it's so cold where I stand
because I stand alone
remember how your hand fit mine?
and how my eyes just shone?
the only thing I feel
is the lonely running tear
'cause it cuts like the blade
on my shining knife of fear
Just tell me that you think of me
and you've been remembering my lips
tell me that you miss my touch,
the feel of my fingertips
tell me that when you sleep at night
it all comes back to you
and you smell me on your pillow
and again I help you through
'Cause when I lay me down at night
I pray that you recall
the times i whispered in your ear
that I'd gladly give you all
just kiss me like you did before
hold me close one more time
'cause for the millioneth time today
I feel like I am dying
