What is a bum?
Is he a man with decayed teeth?
Or a woman with clubbed feet?
What is a bum?
Is he a man who will implore you?
Or one who will deplore you?
Tell me, what is a bum?
He is a man with his own song.
Does he irrirate you?
A bum will agitate you.
If you let him use his will,
A bum will steal,
Or kill!
Is a bum good or bad?
He can be happy or sad.
What kind of bum is a man?
You must try to understand
That a bum man
Like you.
He is, also, from the sand.
There is something a bum is.
He, also, may have some skills.
If you read a certain kind of magazine,
You would have already seen.
Is every man a bum? No.
That is not so.
A bum is a man, but a man is not a bum.
Even though there are some
Who will deceive you,
And they will not believe you,
Even if you are telling the truth.
A bum may have only one tooth-
Then you know who is a bum.
Just find one who is,
You'll find that a bum gives
To you of himself
No matter how you feel about yourself.
A bum is a human being.
This means he has feeling.
So, if you mistreat a bum,
You mistreat yourself and harm
Will find a way to come
To you.
That is true.
