I may not be
your idea of a perfect person
but allow me to remind you
that no person is perfect
in any way.
I do not care about what you think
I don't care about what you say
I don't care if it's about me
or if you're going to try to ruin my day.
Nothing brings me down
but not much brings me up either
And your thoughts and words;
they don't bother me.
You can think what you want.
There are times when things seem
to get a little out of hand
like when, instead of trying to hurt me,
you hurt my innocent friends
What have they done to you
to make you say such things!?
Why are you treating them so poorly
because they're friends with me?
I do not care about what you think
I don't care about what you say
I don'tcare if it's about me
or if you're going to try to ruin my day.
Nothing brings me down
but not much brings me up either
And your thoughts and words;
they don't both me.
You can think what you want.
