Nasty Note (5)

“It will be fine” And they both came out of the pool. They lay embraced onto the floor for minutes. Jackpot lay on his back and he let Supriya onto over him. Her dangling down breasts touching his mouth, panted Jackpot cried.
“Really, can you teach me swimming?”
“Why not? I had a scholarship in this sport” Supriya said proudly and fell down into his body. Jack rose, controlled her legs and thrust into her. Supriya yelled with ecstasy and spread her legs wide. She felt victorious for moments. She had defeated the foreigner guy. An Australian guy.
Jackpot dressed himself. Really, swimming is an arduous task. The sky was littered with stars, marvellously twinkling. Supriya, yet undressed, raced into cubicle and suddenly began to sob. Jackpot did not understand the reasons of her sobs.
“What happened?” He asked. She did not answer, attired her skirt top and looked into mirror. She was the same face, same features, and same heart. But her chastity had now been ravaged. She was too much repented. Jackpot smiled.
“Thank you, honey, you have saved me. I did not drown”
“But I did wrong, how can I forgive myself” Supriya sank into his chest and wept terribly.
“Don’t lose heart. It’s a life and you have enjoyed the moments” Jackpot reassured her.
“Jack, I want to get married with you. I think I should die if you reject me. I have no existence without you, darling.” Jackpot did no longer react to her emotions. He stroked her cheeks and smiled.
“Darling, I love you but I think I need not in fact any sort of girl who dreams of being my wife.” Supriya’s hopes at once entirely evaporated.
“Jackpot, I am hurt to your answer. I have given you my whole all.” Supriya said as she wailed.
“I am proud of you, honey because of your devotion to me. You are my sweetheart. I think wives are stale things. Sweethearts are mostly fresh. I love you to be my sweetheart, instead.” Supriya was much widened eyes because of amazement.
“No, in our India, sweethearts are commonly wives. They are not stale things. They are committed life partners.” Supriya growled as she pressed his hands into her.
“But I am an Australian, not Indian.”
“Jack, please don’t offend me.” She implored.
“Then forget your dream of marriage with me” He declared.
“You mean to cheat on me.” Supriya pulled down his collars.
“It is out of yourself initiative, you are my swimming teacher” Jackpot said humbly.
“Do shame, I want to train you how to swim and you have exploited me.”
“Silly girl, don’t fabricate me.” Jackpot annoyed.
“I fabricate you- I – hate to hear what you say, cheater! You are scoundrel. You have ruined me and saying I fabricate you” And Supriya cried into tears and slapped over his cheeks, to his much amazement. Jackpot stunned. He did not want to create the scene. He laughed strategically, held Supriya’s hand, kissed them.
“Darling, just joking. Don’t you know I am sort of a funny guy?” At this, Supriya calmed down and her tears shone.
                “Really Jack?”
                “Sure enough, sweetheart.”
“You are a kind of different man. Jack, I love you.” She embraced him and inserted his fingers into his back.
“Different thinking makes a man high spirited.” He laughed proudly.
“What if I propose you to stay here after getting married with me?” Supriya implored. Jackpot burst into big laugh.
“Miss Supriya, you are an Indian and Indian ladies no doubt are good wives but give me some time to think” Supriya nodded.
“Believe me, you are my dream now” And she struggled to smile. They left the alone home and forgot the swimming pool. Swimming pool had given Supriya a new experience. She first time in life had swum with male partner.
“Before you meet, I would have believed that love means only fucking beautiful girls and enjoying life.” Jackpot said frankly. Supriya stunned. Jackpot’s views are so cheap! She looked into his eyes with scorn.
“But you are nice girl and you have taught me love means to respect your partner’s emotions”
“Thank you” Supriya said without happiness.
“I had promised you, we would dine out. Do you remember, darling?”
“I forget nothing” Supriya taunted. Jackpot took her to nearby hotel. Supriya who was minutes before forcing Jackpot to knot into nuptial tie with her was now far much confused if she should get married to him. They dined together. Supriya looked into her wrist watch. She was too much delayed. She asked Jackpot if she could see her tomorrow. She decided they would sincerely talk about marriage tomorrow although she had been confused herself on this subject.
“Oh sure, honey.” He remarked as he made payment to waiter.
“What is your parental business there in Australia?” Supriya wanted to know everything about him.
“Miss Supriya, you would be surprised to get know my father is a multi-millionaire. He had so many businesses, I can not count.” He paused for a while to observe reaction over Supriya’s face.
“Honey, he had once advised me-‘my dear son, don’t be idle away time on love like trivialities then you will rise on the pinnacle of glory. If you don’t go after my advice you will be ruined oneday. And that was the truth in his advice, honey.” Supriya observed he was speaking to insult her. He halted for a moment then continued.
“As a result of my father’s advice, I topped my university examination, you believe.” He then forcibly smiled.
“But now, I wonder your swimming lesson has turned me mad for you. And I am all ready to get married with you but sorry I might not stay here in India as I think India is a country of beggars and swines.” Supriya shocked as if someone had slapped on her. She saw the gloom of smoke wafting under his nostril. She was too hurt to speak anything. She tried to shriek out but her voice chocked and she staggered about to fall. Jackpot restored her in his arms and spoke.
“What happened, sweet honey?” Supriya pushed him back repulsively and straightened herself. She at once decided to abandon the company of bastard fucker. She would no longer get in friendship with him. She would never get married to him. She resolved and struggled not to remember the swimming pool episode. Jackpot is not a man of her fancy. He is an ugly fellow. A villain. A rascal. A scoundrel. A stupid. A fraudster. He speaks about India a country of beggars and swines. Bastard! Is not your Australia a country of frogs and swines and country of stupid people and country of bastards and rascals? Like you!
And before deserting Jackpot, she anxiously opened the chrome knob of her wallet and sneaked a look into it. And then delicately touched the note with her soft fingers. Jackpot studied her activities and scoffed. His eyes were travelling across her body and sometimes fixed upon breasts.
“Honey, I think you have money problem. Haven’t you?” He said plainly as if he was a wonderful psychologist.
“No, not at all.” Supriya ashamed.” Smiled Jackpot broadly and put his hands over her.
“I understand, honey. I am your friend.” And he proceeded to embrace her but Supriya resisted. She looked on her wrist watch again. It was night 11.30. She was too late, greatly puzzled. Jackpot had offended her. Money problem. Huh! Money problem. Had she really money problem? She murmured to herself. How could he know she had big problem. Months back, irresponsible Papa had been transferred from Chandigarh to Shimla and he had not yet sent her money order. Now days, she had been staying at university girls’ hostel.
“Jack, we go for home. Let me go to hostel.” Supriya immediately said as she was vaguely afraid.
“Don’t you stay with me at hotel?”
                “Why?”
“Darling, we are going to be married early” Jackpot held his hand.
“Oh, you mean- I am not a dirty woman.” Then they heard a mild knock on door. Waiter was at the doorstep.
“Sir, room no 234 is ready to be occupied.”
“Thanks.” Jackpot said. Waiter disappeared. Oh so cunning he is! Supriya stunned. He had already reserved the suite to spend a night with her.
“No, never, I will never stay here for night.” She angered out. Jackpot chased her. Waiter saluted him.
“I shall give you money you need, darling” Jackpot offered. Supriya grew dumbstruck. No doubt, money had great value for her presently and Jackpot could give her thousand dollars but she detested the girls who sold their beauty for money. She was frightened to hear the straight offer. Jackpot had had bad mind to fuck her therefore he had already reserved the room. He did not even ask for her. How could he alone make a decision to stay with her at hotel room? His mask of true love and impeccable sincerity had been put off. He had proved himself the cheapest fellow. Are all foreigners- Australians- the cheapest people?
“Jack, don’t be stupid. I hate you” Supriya yelled as she gathered her purse on shoulder. His impression on Supriya had been completely washed off.
“Jack, you are fraud. I hate you. You are totally a wicked fellow. You consider me a vamp, a prostitute, a bad girl. You want to spend a night with me in hotel room as if I am call girl. Do I seem you a call girl, a prostitute? I had loved you madly as best as ever thought in life. And expecting, you would respect my feelings but you take me a prostitute.” Then sobs burst in flood and later converted into yelling. They, quarrelling with each other, walked on sidewalk and people around there staring at them suspiciously and scoffed.
“Why are you creating scene, honey?” Jackpot said with excruciating pain.
“What wrong I have done with you?”
“Wrong? You have slapped on my faith, prodded my heart.” She dried her eyes with the back of hands and snivelled.
                “You hit my soul, Jack.”
“You have the appetite of my flesh I know. You want to buy my flesh with your money. You have hurt my feelings. I am stupid who want to teach you swimming” Jackpot was fed up by her nagging. He smirked into her eyes and folded his hands.
“Sorry, honey?” The voice was softest ever. Supriya didn’t answer. Her heart was amputated off as if Jackpot hacked sabre into it. She moved back without glancing at Jackpot. Her face was terribly sullen. Jackpot tried to catch her hand but she rescued herself. Jackpot shouted again and again but she did eye at him.
Crossing the road, she hailed a rickshaw to reach university girls’ hostel. Rickshaw puller was an old man. Without settling the fare, she occupied the seat, began to mop her face with the back of her hands. She feared the hostel warden would complain against her to papa.
Since months back, she had complained against her many times to papa and papa had chided her to come back to hostel before the night fell. She gazed at her wristwatch which showed its’ both hands joined at one eighty degree angle. Yes, it was twelve of clock. She was too delayed to sneak in hostel stealthily as she several times before. All of a sudden, smitten by the phobia to lose the one thousand rupee note, she again looked into her wallet lying in her lap.
A one thousand rupee note was still there resting with distinguished smile embracing her hair clip. Supriya touched the note with her soft hands. The note murmured pleasurably. Supriya again tapped it with murky smile on her face. A one thousand rupee note again murmured as if flaunting its vivacity. Supriya had lost her regard, glory, and chastity because of her stupidity. Jackpot had deflowered her, broken her limit of kissing. But she was rather happy she could not fortunately lose one thousand rupee note because it was her maiden prize.
When rickshaw puller pulled up at the gate of girls’ hostel, she stepped down wearily. There was quite mushy darkness creeping into not only in the environment but her existence also. She felt her soul being died down. What kind of darkness it was? She asked to herself. A sort of panic engrossed her. Had the humanity been assassinated? Brutally murdered? She unbuckled the knob of her purse and fished out ten rupee note placing beneath a big one thousand rupee note embracing it. Placing it over rickshaw puller thin and black wrinkled hand, she smiled turning the corner of her lips.
“Baba, is it right?” Rickshaw puller grinned and limped back. He saluted her and turned the handle. Hostel main gate was bolted from inside. Supriya looked inside through the hole. She saw the security lady dozing onto chair thrusting her head into folded legs. Dust wearing and sweltering bulb throwing out bits of light from holes relaxed Supriya. She whistled as she peeped through the hole. The security lady suddenly awoke. She again whistled and whispered.
“Monica Didi, it is me.” After that, she put a slight knock onto the door and again peeped into the hole. The khaki clad lady, Monica Didi who was sinking into an iron chair a moment before took no notice of it and shut her eyes.
“Monica Didi, open the door, please.” Security lady opened her eyes again and yawned. Her eyes stirred intermittently and confusedly. Again, Supriya banged the latch onto the door with a little more vigour.
“Who is it?” A shrill sound immediately stormed out.
                “It is Supriya, Didi.”
                “Supriya, who Supriya?”
“Mehta, Supriya Mehta.” She spoke as an announcement.
                “Police cop daughter.”
                “Yes, Didi.” She spoke proudly.
“Flirt girl. It is your time to rush back to hostel.” A sudden penetrating sound exploded from inside. Supriya silenced. The door shrilly opened with a blast.
“You will corrupt the other girls.” Security lady reproved. Supriya looked into her miserably.
“Flirt girl, your ways are not proper. Mend your ways, daughter.” Supriya’s blood at once grew into frozen. She was reddened with humiliation and shame. Even the security woman had the dares to interrogate her roughly. She was the pampered daughter of police cop and even trivial security lady was behaving with her so insultingly.
“I’m sorry Didi. Today my mother was terribly ill. I had visited Shimla to look after her.” Supriya wailed as she lied. Security woman could sense she was not saying truth. Supriya began to sob and her teary eyes moved security woman.
“Go to your room.” Security woman commanded.
“Then why didn’t you speak earlier?” Supriya lowered her eyes as if she was culprit.
“Don’t speak to anybody that you were late night.” The security lady advised her. Supriya shook her head and crawled upstairs. She was feeling as if she had been disembowelled. Having reached into room, she switched on the light and bolted the door inside. She immediately lay down on crushed bed. She was terribly tired and drained. She was as well agonisingly troubled.
After a few minutes’ relaxation, she gathered her vigour and stood up. She examined her face in the oval shape mirror and combed and dried her face with towel. Her face had grown old within a day. And then, she took a general view of her balanced body. She caressed her bustline and patted them with fingers and then crushed them into both hands.
“You big cheater! People say you are my assets, my glory, my beauty but I dislike you.” She henceforth pressed her breasts against the glass of mirror as if wanted to cut them down and wept wretchedly.
“Why I met an Australian stupid?” She again pressed them forcibly and cried.
“I am stupid. I am silly girl. All foreigners are cheaters. I detest foreigners and Australians are bastardly fuckers.”
A moment later, she again dried her eyes with her cotton handkerchief and attired camisole and robes. It was her nightdress, she generally would have attired before sleep into bed in hostel room. Subsequently, taking a glass of water from bottle, she gulped all full in single go and opened her wallet again to fish the one thousand rupee note out. She placed it onto crumpled bed sheet. The note was apparently new one and mocking at Supriya’s stupidity.
“Bastard, it was you responsible to offend me. It was you who deflowered me. Only because of you stupid, I have lost a good friend- Suresh. Only because of you, foolish! I did not value his emotions. He was my true friend. He did never think me a prostitute as stupid Australian. Even a security woman had affronted me only because of you. Fucker! You are the only reason to my ruin. Why don’t you perish now?
And, all of a sudden, she intemperately with a stream of emotions tore the nasty one thousand rupee note into small bits and threw them into dustbin. A pleasant relaxation now was prevalent on her dusky face. She lay down on crumpled bed on her back and embraced pillow into her arms to oust the nightmare.
